To fully use the streaming data you need to ensure your computer will not sleep, it has to keep an eye on you.
In the top right corner there is a drop down box giving you the option of 4 different views:
Your current stream: This view allows you to see your current datastream and is only accessible when you are signed into your account. In the bottom right corner of this view there is a session form. Using this form you can begin recording your data.
Once you have started recording, you can use the Dream Share section to start different experiments. You can also share the session information with others and they can join your session for Dream Share activities. Please note that in order to allow all of the users in your group to join a session, the session name must be unique to all of the users for the current month.
Your past data: This gives you access to past sessions (shared and not). Note that it will only display your own personal data from a shared session. To view data from all users in a shared session, use the Dream Share section. Waveform is not recorded due to its large size, but the frequency components are recorded.
Another user's stream: Using a user's name and their viewpassword that they can give you to allow read-only access, you can view their live stream. If you want to give it a try, my username is Brian and there is no password.
Another user's data: Using a user's name and their viewpassword you can view all of their past sessions. Waveform is not recorded due to its large size, but the frequency components are recorded.
